Super Dorian Licks
Dorian Language Beyond the Basic Scale
By Peter Farrell
Super Dorian Licks develops a richer vocabulary over Dorian harmony. The course goes beyond simply playing the Dorian scale, exploring Dorian and Mixolydian bebop sounds, chord-family arpeggios, chromatic movement and harmonic-minor ideas applied over a Dorian chord.
Peter shows how different melodic resources can coexist over a modal center, giving you more colors and more ways to create lines without losing the sound of the harmony.
